Our preseason training will commence on Monday 4th July. We will be meeting in the bus bay in front of Ysgol Y Strade at 6.15pm. Please make every effort to be on time. If, for whatever reason, you are running late then give one of the coaching staff a call and meet up with the group ASAP. Rugby boots will not be required for this session so you just need to bring yourselves, a good pair of running trainers and a positive attitude! Training sessions will continue every Monday and Wednesday throughout preseason and we will review this as our league campaign gets underway. Some sessions in the future will also be held away from Furnace so keep your eyes peeled on our various social media streams for more information. New players, both young and old, are more than welcome so spread the word to ensure we get good numbers. Big things are expected of this group of players and coaches but they will have to be earned through hard work. That process starts on Monday and if everybody is willing to commit then exciting times lie ahead.
